How to find the IP address of your computer?
We are in Windows 10 and I’m going to show you how to find your IP address sometimes you need to find your IP address to see if you have a conflict with another IP address or sometimes if you have a game going they need to know what IP address.
You are coming from there as a couple of different ways to do it;
one way is a graphical way which I’ll show you first, and the other way is going to be through a command prompt. So in your lower right-hand corner, you are going to see a little picture of a computer when you hover over it will say network so go ahead and right-click on that and choose open network and sharing center. On the left-hand side, you can click on change adapter settings and then you ‘ll see your network card that’s all lit up right-click on that and choose status and then after that click details, and it ‘ll tell you there as your IP address right there 192.168.1.15.
So another way to do that is to right-click on your Start button and just go to a command prompt which is right there and then in the command prompt you can just type; IP config hit enter and there you go there’s your IP address right there 192.168.1.15. So that matches the IP address that you see right here so that’s how you find your IP address your internal IP address in Microsoft Windows 10.
